ToyMakers visit TGH

Volunteers from ToyMakers of East Lake joined staff members at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) yesterday to personally give away hand-made wooden toys to kids of all ages.  Each child received an heirloom quality toy made by the ToyMakers and designed to brighten their day and lift their spirits.

For the last few years the ToyMakers of East Lake have supplied TGH with a constant supply of toys to distribute to kids in their care.  I have been so impressed with Tampa General and the many ways they have found to care for the kids and to make their hospital experience as pleasant as possible.  The ToyMakers of East Lake are so blessed to have the opportunity to partner with Tampa General in bringing smiles to children in distress “One Toy at a Time”.
